How
quick do you ship orders? |

If the items are
in stock, your order will usually be processed and shipped within 1-3
business day when you place the order. Delivery to most popular countries
such as USA, UK, AUSTRALIA, NEWZLAND, EUROPE takes 7-10 days send to you,
or depends on shipping method you are chosen. |

Items not in stock
will usually ship within 7 days unless they are back order, awaiting release
or awaiting remanufacture.
Please tell us on your order if you need an item by a specific date. If
your order is urgent, we have an option on the order to choose Fast Courier
- EMS; we will then put an "Urgent" on your order wherever possible.
And we offer free upgrade to UPS Express Service if you choose EMS Speed
Post Delivery and the minimum order is just USD 100. |

How
much is postage? |

The delivery charge
depends on your country of origin. All orders are sent from our Hong Kong
Office. All our postage charges are based on the pricing table from Hong
Kong Post Office. In addition, all postage fees will be displayed when
your order is checked out. |

Do
you keep all the models on your web site in stock? |

We keep a wide variety
of models in our stock, but we cannot possible hold stock of every item
on the site.
We work closely with a number of suppliers who between them can normally
supply anything that we do not have in stock within a short timescale.

your favorite models are not in our database, please email us immediately!
We will help you to find it out!
If you need special packing for GIFT purposes, email us immediately after
the order is placed. And we offer free upgrade to UPS Express Service

have visited your store recently and the prices were not all the same
as on your site ?why? |

We sell ETAMIYA's
products and its parts are made in Japan. Japanese currency varies each
month we ordered from difference wholesalers. However, we mostly keep
the price unchanged to our customers unless the currency difference is
big. |

am concerned about my Credit Card's security ?how will you ensure
that my card details remain confidential? |

We would honestly
suggest that if you have any question about your card, you never input
the details into any Internet based form. We won't force you to provide
the credit card information on the Internet. |

We use Paypal as
our main online payment service. Paypal is a secure, easy and quick to
sent and receive the payments online. The advantages of using Paypal are:
- Send money to anyone with an email address in 45 countries
- PayPal is free to use
- Your information is kept secure.
- Learn about sending payments through PayPal. |

We also provide our
own online payment service which is directly connected to Hong Kong Local
Trust Banks. Concerning about the security, 128bit encryption (SSL) method
will be used during transaction to protect our customers. We are not aware
of any interception or fraud which has occurred using our site. |

do I pay if I don't have a credit card? |

If you do not
have a credit card or do not want to use one online, it doesn't
matter; we still have many other payment methods to choose from. They
are:
- Western
Union Payment
- Canada Money Order/ Personal Check
- Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer Payment
- INTERNATIONAL Money Order
- Local Bank Deposit in foreign countries (Canada, USA, New Zealand,
Australia, and Mainland China customer only)

What
should I do if I found the item(s) is not what I order? |

If you find the items
different from what you order, please email us immediately. We welcome
you to return the item and we will be responsible for the shipping, and
resent the items or refund to you. But the items which are wrong shipped
must not be damaged, opened or used, if not, we have right to not resent
the new items or refund. |

Can
I change the recently placed orders? |

If you have placed
an order with ETAMIYA recently and want to change the orders, please inform
us at once at cs@etamiya.com. Please
note that since we begin processing your order immediately after receiving
it, so modifications may not always be possible depending on how much
times has already elapsed. Once your order invoices it has entered our
shipping process and cannot be changed or cancelled. |

What
should I do if I found missing item(s) when the parcel arrives? |

If you found
that there are some missing items when the parcel arrives, please email
us immediately. We will investigate and recheck our record. If we found
that there was some mistake or an accident happened, we will resend
the items for you.
But if we
found that a dishonest customer cheats us repeatedly, then we will consider
terminating the business with them. |

How
long does delivery take? |

Items in stock
should be with you within 7-10 business days, subject to the Post Office
standard terms. Once the order has shipped, we must allow the shipper
a reasonable time frame to deliver. We are not responsible for delays
in express deliver orders due to weather conditions and /or attempted
deliveries.
If we obtain
stock for you, and the goods have been released, you should expect the
about 15 business days for delivery. |

How
do I know if my parcel is shipped out or not? |

We would up date
the item status and notice the customers after we ship out the items,
you can click the "Mail
Tracking for ETAMIYA order" page to check your order status
And we would
offer the tracking number of the parcel for you, so that you can also
check out the items on the Hong Kong Post Office or UPS Express Service. |

Can I ask for a refund? |

We do not offer refunds
for complete products that are working under normal conditions. If we
cannot ship the product to you or items are out-of-stock, you can ask
us to resend the item or refund to you. We are not responsible if you
broke the item yourself and we will not provide a refund under this condition. |
