	"Order was placed on Sunday with the faster delivery option and the truck I ordered was delivered on Wednesday. I was given a tracking number and link to a web site that allowed me to track the pacel right from the point it was collected to the point it was delivered, this tracking was actually better than the Parcel Force person who failed to put a card through my post box to let me know they had delivered it next door for me. 	"Well packaged, and sent within 2 working days which is excellent. However i had problems with the battery charger, the plug was sent with a US socket!. Please put an option of which plug the customer requires in the ordering process. No mention that a tiny tiny screwdriver is required to fit rotor blades.... would be great if one was supplied in box. Other than the 2 problems i am happy and will use etamiya again."
